DOK Architecture Magazine began with a question: What do we lose when design forgets its humanity?

Our first trilogy — Things We Lost While Searching Impossible, Curations of Experiences, and The Price of Survival — explores how architecture mirrors the human condition: our desires, limits, and endurance. Across these issues, we have written about scarcity and care, ruins and memory, power and dignity — to emphasise that architecture encompasses not only what we build, but also what we choose to preserve.
